I'm Karin, a Psychic Astrologer with a particular love for exploring life paths and helping people see the bigger picture.
I've been doing readings professionally and speaking about astrology for over 30 years. I trained through the Professional Astrology Program at the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and was fortunate to study Spiritual Astrology with Shelly Trimmer, a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda.
Traditional astrology gives us an extraordinary system for understanding ourselves. Your birth chart contains planets, signs, houses and aspects that can reveal patterns in your personality, relationships, challenges, strengths and life experiences.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't simply interpreting charts.
I don't experience a chart as simply a collection of placements to interpret. I read it intuitively. As we explore your chart together, certain patterns may stand out, connections emerge, and psychic or intuitive information can lead us toward something that a conventional chart interpretation alone might not reveal.
Sometimes that information comes through as a message from one of your guides. At other times, someone who has crossed over may make an appearance. I may also be shown a specific past life that has relevance to your current life path — not simply who you may have been before, but why that particular lifetime is important to what you're experiencing or working through now.
The chart gives us the map; my intuition helps us see what needs our attention.
And that's where the bigger picture comes in. I'm interested in the patterns that keep showing up in your life, the challenges that may be getting in your way, the gifts you came here with, and where your path may be leading you now.
Using humor, compassion and a little cosmic perspective, my goal isn't simply to tell you what your chart says. It's to help you understand what it means for the life you're actually living.
Rather than simply asking, “What does my chart say about me?” we can explore much bigger questions:
What is my life trying to show me?
What patterns am I here to understand?
And where is my path leading me now?

Three sessions give you space to explore your chart more deeply, follow the themes that emerge, and return with new questions and insights as your life unfolds. Rather than trying to cover everything at once, you and Karen can focus on what matters most now and continue the conversation over time.
Each session includes personalized preparation based on what you’d like to explore, followed by a one-hour phone session.
